I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely cabinet/room divider that had a moving mirror/TV. The service was top-notch, with happy and helpful staff. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk outside of the old town of Krakow and near public transport options. The dining experience was delightful, with a good spread and attentive staff. Overall, a great hotel that exceeded my expectations.
